ABOUT FIONA

“I started practising Pilates in my late-20s because of persistent back and knee pain.  It completely changed the way I move, and has since been my lifeline through two pregnancies and some difficult post-natal issues, and has helped me to deal with movement restrictions caused by old injuries.   I’m passionate about movement, and believe that everybody deserves to move better and feel stronger!”
